Looks like he's riding on his own, but actually his feet are just a couple of inches too short to reach pedals at the lowest point in their rotation. By this summer I think he may get it! This is a free bike we got out of the "Share Closet" at Colin's school. Colin took the training wheels off a larger girl's bike (hence the purple) and put them on this one. At this point it's a pain to take Ben out because I have to bend over to push him and he keeps putting on the brakes thus impeding our progress... but he really likes it!
