We had a big thunderstorm and lost power for a couple of hours, so Grandma and Grandpa dug out some Coleman lamps.
It's almost as hypnotic as gazing into the dying embers of a fire. (We did light the wood stove later that evening... June 21st and still building fires!)

Building a fire?? This morning, we had to quit yard-saleing at 9:30because it was too hot.
Enjoy the cool while you can. It won't be too long till you'll be joining us in the real summer.
